We see why Erin Wyatt, STEM teacher at North Harford Middle is the winner of the "Oscars of Teaching", known as the National Milken Educator Award in this Feedback EXCLUSIVE. She talks to us about the importance of performance reviews vs. written reviews for students and knowing the different types of learning styles and she gives us a very cool example of a science experiment she does to teach the students acceleration, velocity, force, and how to apply it to everyday life.
